There is not Menu Entry Full Screen in the View menu.
Pressing F11 doesn't do anything.

From the online help:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Menu+Reference?style_mode=inproduct#Full_Screen

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Try running Firefox in safe mode and see if the same results appear.
Sorry, here's the link: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
...if you need help starting Firefox in safe mode.
Ran it in safe mode.
1) The View menu still does not show any entry called "Full Screen".
2) Pressing F11 just results in the Cursor vanishing. Upon moving it, it reappears.

Resolving as invalid. Mac does not have an entry in View menu for Full Screen - this is a Windows feature.
