Not enough info. Post a screenshot and more information. Try in Firefox safe mode: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and a new profile: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles This is all assuming the "download bar" you're referring to is the downloads status text which is added to the right of the status bar. If you're talking about a whole other bar, then you're probably referring to the Download Statusbar extension and that would not be a Mozilla bug to be filed here.

Starblaster100: are you using any add-ons at all? How often can you reproduce this? Have you tried this in Safe Mode? (See comment 1).

Hiya, Addons: Adblock Plus, Favicon Picker 2, FireFTP, GMail Notifier, IDM CC, IE Tabs, Lilium, Linkification, McAfee Site Advisor. It seems ot happen at random intervals. I have tried reproducing the bug, but it doesn't always seem to work. Last time it happened, I downloaded 4 JPEGs very quickly, and it got stuck like that on the last one. It only ever happens with 1 download left to go, never when there are more. Tried in safe mode, but again, i couldn't reproduce the error. Seems to happen at random times. Sorry I can't be any more helpful. Post again, if you would like me to try anything else / give anymore details.

If you can't reproduce in Safe Mode, then please try to nail down which add-on caused this problem; thanks!
I, too, have periodically experienced this problem in SeaMonkey. When a download completes, the progress bar in the Download Manager does not go away. Instead, it just indicates that the download is 100% complete and leaves either the blue or gray progress bar on that entry. The only way to get rid of the bar is to remove the entry or do the same download (identical source and destination) again. The downloaded file, itself, seems unaffected. This isn't so much of a big problem as much as it is downright annoying. lol And it is rare that it happens, but it does happen.
