Details

To reproduc:
- Go to http://pma.cihar.com/TESTING/index.php?lang=en-utf-8&token=567c8620c89165168d564414d0c46374
- Login with the 'root' name, don't type in a password
- Choose the 'Export' link
- Choose 'Export - Select All', choose 'PDF'
- Click on the 'Go' button (bottom right)
- Save that file, then press the 'Cancel' button/image
- Click on the 'Go' button again
- Again save that file

Result:
- Notice that the 'Pause' button/image is enabled this time.
