glob, want to fix this bug? People keep having problems with modules on landfill/ppm.

It should just say to follow the instructions of checksetup.pl, which should always be relatively up-to-date, and then we don't have to also modify the docs.

That page is now on wiki, see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Win32Install. Everyone is free to update it. We are not going to maintain http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html anymore, see bug 335762.
