This is clearly not a blocker as it doesn't stop the development of Firefox. Please read this page carefully before creating a bug : http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/What_to_do_and_what_not_to_do_in_Bugzilla Have you contacted their customer service to know if they support Firefox 3 ? https://www.wellsfargo.com/help/wfonline/browser_firefox states only Firefox 2 is supported. In your bug you don't say if it was working on your machine previously.

Jason, can you attach a screenshot which shows this issue comparing to Safari? Did it work for you when using Firefox 2?

yes I will send a screen shot. This happens with the mac version 3.00 and above. It works fine on the Windows/PC version. Im using mac verion 2.0.0.16 since I cant upgrade until it gets fixed. Erwan Bernard is correct above that it wont stop firefox development, but no wells fargo customer can use mac for firefox 3.0 and above if they want to use online banking and be able to transfer funds. Plus, I believe wells fargo will not support this version until that bug is fixed according to the tech I spoke to on the phone at wells fargo. Now that 3.00 and above is released, it is critical this be fixed.

(In reply to comment #2) > Jason, can you attach a screenshot which shows this issue comparing to Safari? > Did it work for you when using Firefox 2? Safari works fine too. I cannot seem to screen print the problem due to WF security. Whats the best way to screen print it on a mac? The problem is when you transfer funds, there is not a little box to drop down the accounts. It only defaults to the primary account and blocks the ability to choose accounts.

Even you cannot use the page its not a critical bug because we don't have a crash or dataloss here. It's still not working - which is pretty bad but doesn't legitimate this bug to be critical. You can try to get a copy of a part of the screen by hitting Cmd+Shift+4 and select the needed area. Further can you completely save the page to local disk and try to load it from this place? If you have the ability to reduce the html code so we would have a small testcase it would be wonderful. Otherwise if no sensitive data is contained you could also send me the files via email. I could try to identify the cause. Thanks.

After some discussion with Jason in the last months we weren't able to figure out what's the problem is. Juan, could you probably have a look if you can reproduce this bug?

This is a mass search for Firefox General bugs filed against version 3.0 that are UNCO and have not been changed for 200 days. Reporter, please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or alter. Firefox 3.0 is no longer supported and is no longer receiving updates. After you update, please create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/kb/managing+profiles, and test to see if your bug still exists. If you still the bug, then please post a comment with the version you tested against, and the problem. If the issue is no longer there, please set the RESOLUTION to RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.
