A page that has a drop down menu on it and that is loaded in the browser's sidebar will not show the drop down menu's contents.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Bookmark a page that has a drop down menu. 
   2. Right-click on bookmark and select Properties
   3. Select the check box "Load this bookmark in the sidebar"
   4. Click OK
   5. Click the bookmark you just modified. The page should open in the sidebar.
Actual Results:  
The page opens in the sidebar, but the OPTIONS within the drop down menu (SELECTION) do not appear. See http://tucsonscrabble.com/josh/ffsidebarbug.html

Expected Results:  
The page should render the same in the sidebar as it does in a tab.

Verified using Vista/FF2.0.0.1.5 and on Ubuntu using the GM release of FF3. Reproducible both in safe and in normal mode.

This works fine for me. I can select "Make a Selection", "Selection 1" and "Selection 2" in the sidebar.

Ria:

Good call and user error on my part when starting in safe mode. This is a conflict with the All-in-One Sidebar (0.7.6) add-on. I've posted this to the add-on's author's forums as a bug that breaks Firefox functionality (see http://firefox.exxile.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=12541).

This bug can be closed as a 3rd party conflict unless this conflict should be documented somewhere. I'll leave it to you to decide how to handle it.
