After upgrading a firefox version you are redirected to a whatsnew website e.g.
http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/firefox/3.0/whatsnew/

However this shows when you upgrade to a version like 2.0.0.13 and not the latest new version text like:
Thanks for downloading the safest, fastest and most customisable version of Firefox yet.

But it's not the safest yet since the newer versions fix security holes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install old firefox version
2. Look at the page it shows (called whatsnew)
3.
Actual Results:
Got a page stating it's the fastest and safest version.

Expected Results:
Page that will tell me there is already a newer version

Show a page that will tell me there is already a newer version and that this is not the safest and fastest version anymore since i should upgrade to 2.0.0.16 instead of the 2.0.0.14 i just installed.

I would fix this soon since it will give a false safe feeling to people that install an old version of firefox, so it will also make them think they have the latest version where they actually don't.
