file upload browse for file, last saved dir does not exist=error from os+moz path

take any simple page with file upload filed.

i have uploaded a file from a directory, then deleted the directory
then clicked the browse for file again,
file open dialog was with default last saved dir
but it did not exist.
so an error from os showed up
and switched to the mozilla installation folder.

i think it should check if the folder exist before file open dialog and if not 
make desktop as default.

This bug was reported using Firefox 3.0 or older, which is no longer supported. The bug has also not been changed in over 500 days and is still in UNCO.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
