New tab keyboard shortcut (command-T) does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type command-t
2. New tab fails to open.
3.
Actual Results:  
No new tab opens.

Expected Results:  
New tab should open.

Works for me, with Minefield on Intel OS X 10.4
Test case run with Litmus (obviously) included that test before the release of FF3. Can you reproduce in safe mode ? What about if you run FF on another user ? 
Did you upgrade from FF2 to FF3.0.1 and when did the issue started ?

Reporter, Please update if you are able to reproduce in Safe mode / try creating a new profile.
