45082 - search panel should work based on last window's search

Currently, doing a new search updates *every* search panel in *every* window,
not just the window in which you were doing the search.

From rjc:

"Yeah, currently the search service is one global service instead of per-window.
Its known... no one seemed to care if it was that way or not.  Feel free to open
a bug... we can mark it FUTURE and revisit the issue for 6.1."

Do we need to relnote this, or can we just claim that it works as designed? ;-)

The blurb:
It seems unclear to me whether this bug requires either of a "developer" or 
"user" release note for Netscape 6 RTM. If anyone feels it does, can they please

the Status Whiteboard.

relnote-user: In order to do mulitiple searches you will need to force mozilla 
to run multiple times on your system, for information on doing this please 
search relnotes

Since this was nominated but not taken for mozilla1.0, I'm renominating for 1.2.
 This bug has made the sidebar search, one of Mozilla's coolest features,
completely useless for me, since I rarely do just one thing at a time.
