User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1

Firefox needs an "Ignore this warning" or "Add Exception" button when you go to external jar: URIs and have network.jar.open-unsafe-types set to the default of false. Currently, the only way to get past this warning is to manually go to about:config and change network.jar.open-unsafe-types to true which would also have to be set to false after you are done if you only want to view an online zip file temporarily. Sometimes you might even have to restart Firefox after changing the preference just to view an external jar: URI

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to an external jar: URI (with network.jar.open-unsafe-types set to default)
Actual Results:
You get a Page Load Error message that asks if you want to try again.
It also gives a suggestion that doesn't help you at all. "Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." it's not a problem with the website.

Expected Results:
A better message could be a warning page saying that the file you are about to view may be unsafe and give the user options to temporarily ignore the warning or add a permanent exception.
