Sheppy, is it possible to host this on MDC?  Not sure if you can host XUL files there that don't get wrapped by the MDC skin.
Fixed.  Just for future reference, you can simply grab these files and attach them to the article that references them, then change the link to point to the attached file.

The MIME type we're using to serve XUL files is bogus right now; there's already a ticket filed for that.
