User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 FF3 lags periodically (particularly when watching videos). Streams will be interrupted by a slight pause/lag every few seconds (ranging from 5-30 or so). Sometimes even typing in forums I find FF3 freezing for a few seconds. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any website with videos 2. Watch a video for a good minute or so 3. Should notice at least one if not several lag instances Actual Results: I got really annoyed and did it over and over and compared it to IE just to make sure I wasn't imagining things. Friends have confirmed they have the same problem. Expected Results: Streaming should be seamless hindered only by internet or pc limitations/overload. FireFox 2 never had this problem. And FF3 just lagged as I typed that out...

Can you try safe mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox). Also if you can get a stack trace: http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_with_WinDbg
