1. Type ./netscape to launch Browser,
Actual result: Fails
Expected result: Should bring up browser

However, I can access Messenger using ./netscape -mail option.

Have not tested Win32 and Mac yet.

Re-spin is underway.
Here is the error message in the console:

Win32 (2000-07-12-09 M17)
This problem does not exists in win32 build on Win_nt 4.0
When I ran my debug noncommercial build the first time today, I ran it as:

mozilla "http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35952"

and it brought the window up, loaded (most of?) the page, then crashed.

Subsequent runs, though, work fine (so far), so sorry, no stack trace.
adding ben to the cc list, as he checked in to this file yesterday.
leaf checked in the fix and I'm respinning win32 and linux.

reassigning to ben since he need to do the official fix.
Assignee: leaf → ben
If this clears the smoketest, can we reduce it from blocker to critical?
Priority: P3 → P1
Target Milestone: --- → M16
Putting on [dogfood+] radar.
Whiteboard: [dogfood+]
reducing to critical since leaf's checkin makes the build start so we're no
longer blocked.
Severity: blocker → critical
