Mail Folder Pane. The Tooltip for the Account Level says: "<Account Name>
(0/0)".

The 0/0 is confusing to users. They think that there are no messages for this
account.

Potential solutions:
1. Show the total number of read/unread messages for the entire account
2. Don't show anything.

UE Review - Remove the "(0/0)" and just show the Account Name.

If we change the tooltip to say "Click on the INBOX to show messages" wouldn't
we be killing two birds with one stone? Better usability, and no need to show
accurate message count at the server level.
Jen, as our UE rep, do you think this approach would clear things up for folks?

Last two comments were from kmurray, using selmer's machine in triage.
That seems pretty long for a tooltip and not really the place for that type of
info. The confusion that you're trying to solve occurs when the user has already
clicked on the account level and is not seeing anything in the Thread Pane. They
would only see that tooltip if they purposely hovered over the account level.

Ultimately, I'd like to see: When the user clicks on the Account Level, the
Thread Pane displays the folders for that account. Something similar to how OE
(ouch)does it. Or maybe some summary info about the account and a link to
account settings to modify account stuffs.

I'd recommend leaving to Tooltip for the Account Level as <account name> for
now. And in a future release, adding the total number of read/unread (for the
entire account. As suggested in a different bug though, a temporary improvement
would be to have the following text in the Thead pane when an account is
selected. "There are no messages available in this view. Select your Inbox, or a
specific folder, to see your messages."
+ per mail triage to just remove the 0/0 from the tooltip.
