a number of us who are globalwatchers are receiving email from new bugzilla users because they copy our addresses from processbug.

this is annoying and wasteful and in some cases draws ire.

it should be fairly easy to add an if which includes a note telling people w/o canconfirm not to send email to the addresses listed on the page. it can explain that a number of them are bots and that others are likely to receive all bug mails and are not necessarily interested in this particular bug.

it could also include a link to the etiquette page and perhaps some wiki link where people can find out how to get involved.

upstreaming this bug would be nice, but i want it for bmo. and i want it a week ago because i just flamed someone over gprs for costing my employer money as i roamed through rome and points northwest.
timeless: does this continue to be a problem?
