We need to enable the localization of SUMO in Occitan [oc].

Yannig, this is one of the better places to get the community to help out directly.

And, Yannig, we'd need "Occitan" in Occitan again to set this up, please add that here, utf-8 encoded. Thanks.

Occitan = "Occitan (Lengadocian)".
It's important to have the two words in case someone translates Firefox one day into another Occitan (Gascon, Provencal, etc.).

Verified FIXED:

http://support-stage.mozilla.org/oc/kb/Bookmarks+and+toolbar+buttons+not+working+after+upgrading says, "This article has not yet been translated to Occitan (Lengadocian) (oc). Perhaps you could help us with that? Just click translate this page and follow the instructions.", which means this has been added to the Admin interface as well.

Upstreamed all new languages by comparing the list. Most language files seem empty. Perhaps the translated strings are in the database?
