Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On CalDav server (I use DAViCal) create event on user1 calendar
2. Open the same calendar in user2 (on other computer)
3. Change 'Show time as' event attribute to Busy on user1
4. Push 'Refresh' caleddar on user2
Actual Results:
You can see duplicated event on user2, public and busy.
After restarting Thunderbird is single event.

Expected Results:
The event should change from public to busy.
