nsImapURI2Path() doesn't seem to work. The usual initialization is with nsMsgDBFolder::parseURI(), and that works fine. I'm hitting this when trying to open a Windows Search result, and Tb isn't already open. Since nothing else calls nsImapURI2Path, this patch removes that function as well.
