456552 - Set up redirects for what's new and first start pages

Now we changed the start page, I've just gone into an older version of TB, and then come back to a new page and got the message that thunderbird/whatsnew doesn't exist.

Can we set up redirects for the two urls below to point back to the existing start page? I think that's reasonable for now at least. We can then set up something more detailed later if we want to.
