- localizable fixes
- <html:input> to <textfield> change
- focus textInput on init
- handle ENTER and BACKSPACE key in <tree>
- select first treeitem after creating tree

Jan, this patch ended up causing regression bug 45749.  I'm going to back it out
for now to fix that.
