In non-gitweb, the /foo/tags page <link>s to the /foo/atom-tags feed, but gitweb_mozilla inherited a bug in gitweb, with /foo/tags having autodiscovery links for /foo/atom-log instead. No idea whether the Mozilla hg_templates repo either cares about its /gitweb/, or will pull a hypothetical upstream fix to it at some point, so I didn't touch that (yet).
