Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1

No matter how many tabs I have open, no matter the content of the tabs, 90% of the time when I click on the "x" to close a tab, Firefox will freeze and stop responding, so I have to end the process and restart Firefox. When I do so, Firefox loads erroneously, without the "quick bookmarks" showing up in their toolbar nor the "x" with which to close tabs. So then I have to close Firefox and restart it AGAIN. This is a huge problem that was NOT present AT ALL before I "upgraded" to Firefox 3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have some tabs open
2. Try to close one
3. Watch it stop working
=> incomplete due to no response
