found this using commercial 2000.07.17.08 bits on linux and winnt, and same
mozilla bits on Mac.

0. make sure you have the "Save form data" pref enabled (in Preferences > Adv >
Forms & Passwds).
1. go to Steve's interview form at the above URL (also accessible from the Tasks
> etc etc > Interview menu item).
2. fill out a few fields (eg, first and last name).
3. scroll down to the bottom the page to get to the submit button.
4. click the "save" button to submit the form.

expected: should get a dialog confirming that the form data has been captured.

result: no confirmation dialog appears; instead get the 400: Server Error. and,
no form data is captured at all.

workaround: actively capturing the data works when selecting the menu item Tasks
> etc etc > Capture Data Found on Form.
this used to work, adding regression kw. would be good to get this fixed for
beta2, too.

This is working for me on a win32 mozilla tree that I just pulled and built.

The heuristic is that you need to fill in at least two of the following fields:

Last name (or full name if there is no breakdown of name components)
  first line of address
  city

Of course the fields listed above are specified in the wallet tables, so if we
want to add more fields to the list it's a simple table change.
