This sounds like the website's certificate is set up wrong so Firefox is protecting you from possible badness. Does going to www.klm.com work (rather than just klm.com) ?

There are 2 different bugs. If you follow this link in this bug header from their page, then this is a issue on their side. The certificate is only valid for www.klm.com and not klm.com as used in your link. If you use a bookmark for this link then please change your bookmark. The other problem is that you can not seem to be able to add an exception. Do you get a popup with this error or do you get a error page ? Can you add an exception in the Firefox safemode : http://kb.mozillazine.org/safe+Mode ?

Re: Comment 1. Yes www.klm.com works Re; Comment 2. I get an exclamation mark icon Page Load error with the message I posted before plus the standard troubleshooting screen with Let's try to troubleshoot the problem: * Check Internet connection: Your Internet connection seems to be working. * Try to perform some diagnostic tests: www.klm.com buttons I shall stick to a changed bookmark until KLM change the page AGAIN

This is a screenshot from Firefox 3.0.2 and you can add an exception there.

Yes, the add exception screen appears in safe mode

Then of of your extensions is hiding the exception dialog. You should disable them one by one in tools/addons. If you have YSlow installed i would start with that extension. I will mark this invalid. The security complain is valid (certificate is only valid for klm.com and not www.klm.com) and the exception dialog problem is caused by an addon.
