In bugzilla if there are several emails in the cc <select> and the page is pretty long, the contents of the <select> is visible even if I scroll down using END-key. Seems like the area which <select> covers isn't invalidated properly. Currently I can reproduce this when looking at bug 422526. (I have a local copy of that bug.)

It's not a <select> list, it's a <ul><li> list styled to look like a list. The bug also occurs in Firefox 2 and 1.5, but not in 1.0.1.
