opened a screen to allow me to choose files to upload documents
-> incomplete, will reopen if all needed information are added

Example steps to reproduce are :
1) load example.com
2) click on link XYZ
3) Click on Upload button at the top left
4) Error message XYZ

Reporter: Which version of flash do you have installed? I see a failure runningMozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092414 Firefox/3.0.3 with Flash version Shockwave Flash 10.0 d26 but I do not see it with the r124 version. This is the error I get in the console: Error: [Exception... "'Error calling method on NPObject! [plugin exception: Error in Actionscript. Use a try/catch block to find error.].' when calling method: [nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]"  nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)"  location: "<unknown>"  data: no].

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
