I see the file, and the rsync seems to running every 5 min. like it should. When did you upload the new add-on? It takes a while to get from initial upload to ftp.m.o.
Yup, installing that add-on wfm, too.

However, should we increase the MIRROR_DELAY? That's the amount of time that a file is served off the app heads instead of releases.m.o, and judging by these recent bugs, the default of 30 minutes is not long enough to ensure sufficient propagation across the mirrors.

MIRROR_DELAY is already at 90, according to config-local.php. However, considering MIRROR_DELAY is the _only_ thing in config-local.php, I wonder if config-local.php actually works. ;)

config-local.php is an optional file that overrides variables that it sets.  So yeah, it works.
