Details

The irc spambot protection is maxing out around 3 connections. I am now trying to run the fourth buildbot irc bot, and not getting any luck

If you could bump the limit for 63.245.221.200 (out.sj.mozillamessaging.com) to, say, 6, that'd be great!
We can just add an *.mozillamessaging.com exception to match the current *.mozilla.(org|com) ones.
