Open URL with latest trunk fennec:
click on 'link' on page.

After first paint of CVS commits page, try to pan/scroll visible content.

EXPECTED:
Panning/scrolling of visible content works predictable and fast.

ACTUAL:
Canvas not respond to user interactions... 
Some times it ignore user scroll/pan actions and just freeze...
Some time it start scrolling when user do not do anything with page (seems it start to process previously accumulated events from native event loop).
