The Saved Files To download preference has a problem.  If, you select a folder
on a removable hard disk and for whatever reason some day you don't have that
external disk connected, the download manager will give no warnings and will
not prompt for a new location when downloading files.  This behavior is
frustrating especially if you are downloading a very large file and wait for
it, but then when the download manager closes, you realize the drive isn't
connected and you have no idea where the file you waited on is on your
computer.
