The l10n dashboard seems not pickup changes in its target locales.

I tested this just for the locales in the tb30x tree and there the following locales have changed after the last build run as shown in the comparison page for each locale:

- be
- cs
- es-ES
- fr
- he
- it
- lt
- nl
- pt-PT
- ru
- zh-CN

I suspect that the same is happening for the other trees (sunbird10x and sea20x) as well.
l10n slaves got themselves stuck with broken hg checkout, most likely something relating to bug 460054.

re-cloning them right now, should resume building on hg changes shortly. I'll trigger a full l10n rebuild of all locales/branches once they are back in business.
cloning finished. Triggered full rebuild just now. Things should resume working normally.
