Please ensure that the admin author responses to valid questions from users or interested people [no support]. I.e. eyalroz tried for more than a half year to contact the author of "Remove duplicate messages" without success for licensing information and had to code the same functionality from scratch. Second example: Wayne Drescher Jr. tried to contact the NASA Night Launch author, but failed. Now he has to pull back his add-on because it uses NNL code (and now the NNL author contacted him himself).
Responding to users is somethere in the AMO hosting conditions, but I don't find it anymore.

This is more of a policy issue. In these cases we (I) can try to contact the author directly, but if there are no responses, there's isn't much that can be done in terms of source code licensing (unless the code is open source).

Problematic add-ons whose authors don't respond right away can be disabled if necessary. Again, a policy issue.
