qm-plinux-trunk02 has been behaving oddly, first resulting in multiple reboots and then a re-image.  Now it has started to fail randomly.  I think that we should just start over with a new mini.

I'd like to replace qm-plinux-trunk2 with a new mini.  It should use the talos ubuntu ref image.  It should have the same name/ip as the current qm-plinux-trunk02.

After removal from service the current qm-plinux-trunk02 should have diagnostics of some sort run on it to see if it can be saved.
