Firefox appears to exit whenever I try to minimize any Firefox window.  All firefox windows disappear and there is no minimizes "Firefox" on the task bar.  Firefox has to be restarted and all open windows have been lost.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Click the minimize button in the upper right corner
3.
Actual Results:  
Firefox closes instead of minimizes

Expected Results:  
Should minimize only the Firefox window that the minimize button was clicked on

Did you already try the firefox safemode ?

No, I didn't know about safemode until I saw your message and in the meantime I've switched to 3.1 Beta 1 which does not exhibit the problem.
