When clicking anywhere on page, the blinking cursor appears there (same as seen when entering text into a text field). It can be moved by cursor keys, but you can't change/enter text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just click anywhere

(No information on what causes it)
Actual Results:
Blinking cursor appears

Expected Results:
Nothing should happen

I'll add a screenshot of this effect happening here.
Cursor seen when clicked on text.
You have probably toggled (F7) Tools/Options/Advanced
