User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1) Gecko/20081007 Firefox/3.1b1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1) Gecko/20081007 Firefox/3.1b1 Using ACP in PHPBB (3.01), Firefox has always tried to auto-fill the "Image" and first "Password" field in any forum settings page. This is probably a combination bug falling between PHPBB and Firefox and the workaround is to just delete both those entries before continuing the edit of the forum settings. However... in FF3.1b1 you can't delete them, or at least not the username. More exactly you can, but then it auto-completes them as soon as you click anywhere on the page, including the "Next" button... For others with this problem, it seems to be possible to clear those fields when creating a forum using the "reset" button. Unfortunately that also resets all the other settings on that page to default... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the ACP of PHPBB go to create or edit a forum (presumably needing Firefox to have saved your username and password for the forum site) 2. In the details page for the forum delete the auto-completed Image field (completed with your username) 3. Click somewhere else on the page... Actual Results: Username reappears in the Image field and the following Password field is completed alsi Expected Results: That when I delete an auto-completed field it stays deleted...
Just downgraded again to 3.5.8; autocompletion works again, yes....... will need to stick to it till 3.6.1 i guess
