Since 30 october the localized builds for windows are broken.
Builds on http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/sunbird/nightly/latest-comm-central-sunbird-l10n/ for windows are still from 30-oct-2008 while Linux seems to be OK.
Windows l10n builds fail for various reason, but a very common one is:

mv: cannot stat `../../mozilla/dist/xpi-stage/calendar-timezones/chrome.manifest': No such file or directory
Please note that in not-yet-fixed Bug 459402 there is still a patch waiting for review.

This has been fixed, with the landing of the outstanding patch. Win32 l10n builds are now showing fresh (18-Nov-2008)
