When I go on insightbb.com from firefox and try to open a video I am told that I must download adobe flash player (ABF). When I try to download AFP, I am told that I must close firefox first. When I close firefox and open Internet explorer and try to download AFT, it tells me that it is already on the computer. When I use Internet Explorer to go to insightbb.com, I can then open the video that I want. Is this a problem with vista? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to firefox, then to insightbb.com 2.open email, try to open a video. 3.told to download adobe flash player. try to download but told I must close firefox first Go on Internet Explorer and try to download ADF, but told that it is already there.

I do not think you are correctly installing Flash Player. Go to your Control Panel, and uninstall it (to make sure you get it in correctly) Then, from Firefox, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Download the program to your desktop. When it is done, close Firefox. Install the program, then restart Firefox. Everything should work. Bugzilla is not for support requests, so use support.mozilla.com from now one for that.

Additional note: The flashplayer for IE is a complete different plugin (activeX) than the Flashplayer plugin for all other browsers (npapi). That it works in IE doesn't mean that the Firefox plugin is installed. IYou should see the plugin if you type about:plugins as URL in Firefox after you followed Tylers instructions Please use http://support.mozilla.com for additional questions
