(Whiteboard: Fix in hand)

1.) Open Mail/News Account Settings, and click on SMTP Server.
2.) Select Use secure connection (SSL), and check Always.
3.) Click OK, close Netscape 6, and view the prefs.js file.
What is expected: user_pref("mail.smtp.ssl", 2);
What happens: The pref does not appear.
WinNT build 072408.
Changing the product, I doubt this is a backend pref problem since it's
specific to a particular pref.
Component: Preferences: Backend → Account Manager
