help|about gets lost on ms-windows (suspect this is windows-only)

1. do help, about
2. focus the original FF window
3. do alt-tab

results: help|about dialog is not shown as a window choice (it is however shown in the windows taskbar)

I'm not finding the bug or checkin that caused this. this happens starting 2008-10-11 for firefox with the change that focuses the "OK" button. I bet this would also affect thunderbird, where OK button is focused as of 10-10 (different patch?), but in thunderbird the dialog is modal so the bug is not evident. 

I don't particularly care for this change in focus because one can't just do ctrl+A to select the UA. Will file a bug once the regressor bug is identified.
to clarify, the regression range is 1 day
FF 10/10 - 10/11
TB 10/09 - 10/10

I found no checkins for aboutDialog in this range for TB nor FF. So it seems the blame is elsewhere.

i haven't evaluated your regression range - perhaps it has gone from working to not working multiple times.

wrt the regression range I stated, I suspect Bug 365467 Weird focus behaviour when evaluating expressions in the Error Console http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0e52c4677cb4

it checked in 02:38:07 2008 -0700, which means it should have gotten into TB 20081010, but not into FF 20081010 (FF build spins at 2am)
