this is very blanket. it shd be more specific at this stage.

pdtp5.  It's too late in the game to carry around blank checks.  To have this
bug reconsidered for P2, please list the fixes proposed and describe the impact
that would qualify them for P2.

I'm confused. Selmer said "p5" and that if you wanted P2 you should list 
specific fixes and impact. I don't see anything like that, yet you changed it 
back to [pdtp2].
There was a prior agreement that this bug would be closed by today.  The work is
known, if not represented in the bug.  Since this bug will be closed in a short
while, I'm not going to split hairs.  All the remaining work will be under
separate bugs after today.

Don't be confused Dan.  PDT gave approval for this bug to remain nsbeta3+ before 
and after selmer marked it P5.  I just emailed Phil and Steve when it was marked 
- and was told to put it back to +.

Closing bug.  This bug only extended over the period of developement time for 
nsbeta3, which is now over so this bug is being closed.
