Lots of sites dont open anymore and get CrashReporter,
How can i undo de last update to 4.0.3  (downgrade)

I assume you meant 3.0.4 as there a 4.0.3 to my knowledge. Try it in safe mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox) and see if you still have problems. You should also try this with a new profile http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_new_Firefox_profile_on_Windows
