From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS 5.8 sun4u; en-US; m17) Gecko/20000725
BuildID: 2000072522

the first time you view the page, the table is very messed up (looks squeezed
and overlaps with buttons, etc.). back and forward or reload will show it
correctly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
browse a page like http://www.harris-mc.com/hyustats2/000726/access.html for the
first time
wfm under Linux build 2000072408.
wfm win32 2000072420. I'll check under solaris x86 as soon as I can.
I cannot reproduce the error as I get an 404 error. Reporter could you give a
correct URL?

another location is:
http://mp3.com.hk/we/ - click one of the links at the bottom, then click
"click here for details". the tables of green/yellow bars appear
horizontally squished, and the top table appears positioned to the right.
if i click back then forward, it shows the page properly.
strangely enough, reloading seems to bring on this problem, even after
going back/forward makes it show properly. possibly even another
(unrelated?) problem is demonstrated in the "browser usage summary"
page, the horizontal row of green/yellow/red bars gets wrapped (to
multiple lines) sometimes. for this page, reload seems to randomly mess
it up - sometimes shows correctly, sometimes wraps to 2 lines, sometimes
wraps to 3 or 5 lines.
(the initial description in the subject line of this msg is actually
incorrect, reload does not fix it - forward/back does)

checked it again with build 2000080910 on solaris sparc, same.

 A dupe of bug 40892 ???
Confirmed on 20000818 WinNT4.
