i've loaded https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=flags and the title is "User Preferences", but if i load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email, i get the same thing. i shouldn't, it makes the window title useless.
