We had a win32 nightly build burn because the post-build cleanup timed out. We should bump this timeout to at least 30 minutes.

I think we should add a timeout for the rm -rf ../*-nightly/build/ steps too.

This should clear up the failures we've seen from post/pre build cleanup and slow clones (which got pretty bad this week with hg.m.o problems).
