469006 - Open message in new tab shows empty tab

Try to open message in new tab - rigth click on message and select "Open message in new tab" for 1 second it shows content and after it disappear. You can even try to press third button (scroll usually) to open in new tab.

Do you have the preview pane visible, in the 3-pane view?

If I disable preview pane and try again it even not display content of new message for 1 second as before just empty tab

So that's bug 429440 which I guess Phil was trying to eliminate. I don't see this on the equivalent Mac build.
