ok, getting to the end of the title of a bug, the cursor automatically going to a next field, and a tab causing a submit... kind of annoying.

Anyway....

There is only a 'Edit'->Copy menu. There could be a 'Copy Links' and 'Copy Titles', or both could be copied. Right now, only links are put into the clipboard.

not completely exact, if the target accepts html you should be able to post a link complete of title.
comment 2 never got an answer, I consider this incomplete since we do copy both title and uri in the clipboard.

I am not sure what the reporter wants but I would find it useful having
"Bookmark Title + [space or line break] + Bookmark URL"
pasted to plaintext applications.
file your own bug. though I'm not sure how far we can go with that for  compatibility with the OS.
