using 4/7 build of apprunner on Windows.

Launch apprunner.

invoke Editor from Task menu.

The following toolbar buttons and pulldown buttons are funtional:

Normal
Size
Color
Clear style
bulleted list
numbered list
indent
align

Suggestion: decide on the naming convention for these methods so Simon can hook
these up to the toolbar. For now they could just printf, and later Steve and/or
Joe could complete the implementation.

This bug is just a placeholder for functionality coming online.  I'm assigning
it to Simon since he's responsible for some, as is Charlie.  When everything on
