470006 - Password Required popup should be ALWAYS ON TOP

The "Password Required" form can be invisible even from startup. This happens especially if Firefox and another app are started at the same time. There's no Firefox taskbar icon, so it appears Firefox hasn't started. Confusing at best.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Easiest on a single-monitor machine.
Start Firefox.
Immediately start something else (full-screen) which loads quicker than Firefox does.

Actual Results:  
Firefox "Password Required" window is hidden.

Expected Results:  
Password Required window should be "Always on Top".

Identical problem with Mozilla Thunderbird also. I have NOT raised a T'bird bug.

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in this issue. It now seems resolved in 3.6.15 (and several releases prior). Can't somment on the latest nightly - I don't use it.
I'll change status to resolved/fixed. Hope that's OK.

This bug exists in 11.0.  It is exactly as described in the original report.
